About our Lamb
The Dorset Down breed are one of the oldest breeds of native sheep. Known as the “king of the prime lamb breed” they produce tender and succulent meat. Our lambs are primarily grass fed and allowed to finish in their own time. They may be over a year, which means they are Hogget Lamb - resulting in a slightly bigger cut and more flavour than new season lamb.
Delivery/Collection
Our meat is shipped every Wednesday via 24 hour delivery. It may be shipped freshly frozen to allow for safe transport using insulation and ice packs. Alternatively, we offer a free local delivery service within 15 miles of Garboldisham, Norfolk or you are most welcome to collect it from us.
